Walls - Trust Annual Report 1967

The Preservation Trust has begun to compile a record of walls in Winchester, noting how much they lend to the street scene. Members were asked to make a list of important walls in their vicinity and return this to the Secretary. There has been a good response, but of course to make this complete is an immense task which will require a long time. The drawings by Garrick Palmer which illustrate this report show just how important walls are.
