Personal Note From Gill Graham - TrustNews February 1989
I want to express my sincere thanks, firstly to the Trust for its award of Hon Life Membership and generous gift, secondly to everyone who helped to make the party on 29th November such a success, and thirdly to all those members who contributed to a surprise gift which was presented to me at the party. Another surprise was a magnificent paper model, made by Andrew Rutter, of an Australian lyre bird.
Eleven years is a long time to be Secretary of a local amenity society (some may say too long!) but I very much enjoyed my stint with WPT and found many friends amongst its members. When Ron and I have a permanent address in Devon, I do hope that lots of you will come and see us.
