During the year under review, the restoration of Churchills shop has been completed. This was a team effort, with close co-operation between the developers and their architects, the City and County Authorities, and the Ministry of the Environment.
Although not listed, this building is in an outstanding Conservation Area, and its loss would have seriously affected the appearance of this part of the High Street.
