Archives - Trust Annual Report 1994

It has been decided to separate the Trust Archives from our collection of photographs. From now on the Archives will consist of the paper records of the Trust, including past reports, newsletters, minutes, interesting records, and reports and documents concerned with projects and events in which the Trust took a great interest. For example, we recently found the details of the ill-fated Inner Ring Road, the opposition to which became one of the factors which caused the Trust to be founded in the first place.

In order to assist cataloguing and storage, we have declared a small room in the Heritage Centre as the archive centre, and we have purchased simple storage facilities to enable us to set it up. If any member would like to donate any records of interest to the Trust, we would be very grateful to receive them, and will ensure that they are properly cared for.
