The Trust surplus increased due to slightly higher income and reduced expenses. The Heritage Centre deficit is after paying Winchester City Council £7,580 in rent with no offsetting grant. The deficit would have been over £8,000 had the Trust not received Gift Aid from HSA Services Ltd of £2,000. The devastating affect of the rental is evident from the Heritage Centre accounts.
The schedules detail the Consolidated Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Accounts of the Trust ands Heritage Centre separately.
Copies of the signed Statutory Accounts are available for inspection at the Heritage Centre by arrangement.
