Planning Appraisal is the Trust's core activity. Each year there are more applications, many of which are hotly disputed, and the Planning Appraisal Group needs help with its administration. Enthusiasm and basic computer literacy are essential. The work will be regular and you will gain a stimulating insight into the planning problems that we face in Winchester.
