We are fortunate again this year to be able to offer two new cards from paintings by Patricia Spink and by Sir Colin Stansfield Smith and thank them both for their generous support in their creative way. Tricia’s card is of a festive scene in front of one of Winchester’s best loved older buildings, now combined in a modern setting as a well- proportioned entity. Colin’s card catches a dramatic mood, which enfolds in the Christmas story, set in one of the oldest parts of our city. There are also cards available from paintings by the same artists from last year. The Trust aims to offer several Christmas cards, generally ordering sufficient to spread over two seasons.
Sometimes the cards are contemporary in style, sometimes traditional and at other times in a combination of both. The cards are now on sale at the Guildhall Charity Cards Shop. We encourage you to visit the shop for your Christmas cards as sales have been a welcome source of income for the Trust for many years.
