Summer Walks 2014 - TrustNews Jun 14

The full programme has been on the Trust web site for a little time and now appears in this edition of TrustNews without the walks that have already taken place.

The article about the walks in the March edition applies still, so I need add little here.

Please read the notes at the end of the programme to see if any special instructions apply to a walk.

The visit to the Grange at Northington will require transport and I hope offers of lifts will be made and requested through the Heritage Centre. We should be able to fill cars so as to keep to a minimum the number of cars used to travel to the Grange. Please note the earlier start time of 5.45pm. l have seen an article written by our guide for the Grange and he summarizes its current condition as a ‘restored roofed ruin’, which is now under the care of English Heritage.

I hope the walks are enjoyed by all who attend.
