This is the title of a leaflet recently published by the City Planning Department and produced in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce.
It summarises the draft signs and shop fronts policy which the City developed in 1976, and includes illustrations of some good examples. It also illustrates a particularly bad one - the garish window stickers which "scream" at passers-by from the inelegant front of International Stores.
