Winchester Heritage - a new 20-minute Audio/Visual Display at the Winchester Heritage Centre, plus Discover the City - a permanent exhibition.
Free admission to members of Winchester Preservation Trust. Non-members: adults £1, children and retirement pensioners 50p. Special rates for groups.

Tuesday 23rd June 6.30 p.m.
Hidden Spaces in Winchester - a guided "walkabout" from The Broadway to the Cathedral, via Colebrook Street and including St. Thomas Street.
Meet at north side of The Broadway, near the King Alfred Statue. Open to non-members.

Tuesday 30th June 6.00 p.m.
Queen Eleanor’s Garden - shown and explained by Dr. Sylvia Landsberg, plus The Great Hall and its Surroundings - shown and explained by Michael Morris, RIBA.
Meet outside the Great Hall of Winchester Castle. Members only.

Thursday 16th July 6.00 p.m.
Winchester College Tour Part II - Mr. J. G. Stow will continue his guided tour.
Meet at the main entrance in College Street. Members only.

Tuesday 15th September 7.30 p.m.
An Introduction to Family History - talk by Genealogist Mrs. Pamela Peskett.
St. Lawrence Parish Room, Colebrook Street. Open to non-members.

Monday 19th October 7.30 p.m.
Annual General Meeting, King Charles Suite, Winchester Guildhall.
The business meeting will be followed by a talk (details in next Newsletter).

Thursday 26th November 7.30 p.m.
H.M. Naval Base, Portsmouth - illustrated talk by Dr. Ray Riley.
St. Lawrence Parish Room, Colebrook Street. Open to nonmembers.

Tuesday to Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 12. 30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4. 00 p.m.
Closed all day Monday.
