Annual General Meeting - Monday 24 September 2018

A reminder that the Trust's AGM will be held at Milner Hall, St Peter's Church, Jewry Street, Winchester SO23 8RY on Monday 24 September at 7 pm. Dooors will open at 6.45pm and business will start at 7pm (Note the change of location, in recent years we have used the Stripe theatre at Winchester University).

The agenda notice has been sent to all members in the latest TrustNews mailing. The speaker this year will be David Spurling of Hyde900 . He will give a talk on the work Hyde900 has been doing on the architecture, history and inhabitants of Hyde Abbey.

The Agenda for the AGM is outlined below:-

1. Welcome and apologies for absence

2. Approval of last years minutes

3. Report and Accounts for the year 2017-2018

4. Election of Independent Examiners

5. Election of Trustees

6. Any other business

Refreshments will be served at the end of the evening (approximately 8.30 pm.

Directions

Milner Hall is in the grounds of St Peter's Church in Jewry Street. As you enter the site from Jewry Street, bear right and you will see the path to Milner Hall. The nearest car park is behind the Discovery Centre opposite the church.
