Dear Neighbours,
Proposed New Arts Faculty Building at Peter Symonds College
I write to let you know that Peter Symonds College is planning to hold an 'open house' display on Monday, 23rd November 2015 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the Symonds Room within the Northbrook Building, to provide an opportunity for the College neighbours and other interested parties to view the plans and drawings of the proposed works.
The proposed new building is to replace the existing and somewhat out dated facilities for Art on the campus by providing a new vibrant learning space, bringing together all Art disciplines within one faculty building. Associated with the proposed new building the college is taking the opportunity to improve access to the campus.
The intention of the 'open house' event is to provide information about the proposed scheme with copies of the drawings being on display and with the Architect and Project Manager on hand to discuss any queries, or comments you may have.
You are invited to view the drawings and raise any queries you have with the representatives of the college. Your observations and comments will be taken on board by the College prior to the submission of a formal planning application.
