Earlier in the year there was correspondence in the Hampshire Chronicle about the appearance of 13 "No Waiting" signs in Hyde Street in a very short distance. It appears that the regulations in force at that time necessitated that number, but a subsequent change allowed them to be thinned out, which was a great improvement.
