Environment Week (3 - 11 May) - TrustNews April 1986
Environment Week is a nationwide annual event (now in its second year) organised by the Civic Trust. Its purpose is to raise the profile of the local amenity movement.
Our "promotions" are the two publications mentioned above, an exhibition in the Library of WPT Award Scheme entries, publicity for a Students' Measured Drawing Prize, a coach trip (for members and guests) to Portsmouth Dockyard, promotion of a Flint Wall Maintenance Project, and the opening of the main Heritage Centre Exhibition.
