The Twyford Waterworks Trust is endeavouring to restore and preserve, with limited public access, the Edwardian Water Pumping Station. It hopes to restore much of the machinery to working order. The site is a Scheduled Ancient Monument with important natural history aspects as well. For £10 individuals and companies can become patrons of the project.
