* Note. These informal meetings in the Heritage Centre will provide an opportunity to meet some of those responsible for decision making on new buildings in Winchester. City Officers and Councillors on the City Planning Committee will be present at each meeting. As accommodation is strictly limited, members wishing to join in the discussions on 26th February and 24th March are asked to visit the Heritage Centre and sign the appropriate list not later than two weeks before the date of the meeting.
