We are still trying to develop appropriate signage throughout Winchester and are in consultation with the Winchester City Museums Services to get these proposals for new signs moving forward. Recently submitted to us was a proposal for an interpretation of the layered street patterns found in Winchester. This was put forward by a mature Winchester School of Art student, Wendy Edmunds, and she is looking into developing this further in conjunction with us and the City. Further to other previously discussed projects, things have gone quiet for the moment and we are hoping to find some other quick short-term initiatives along with new Projects Committee Members who would be able to spend time during the day researching and chasing up important details.
