The Trust's capital - Trust Annual Report 1983
The Trust's capital is still bound up in the St. John's Street rehabilitation scheme but the success of this venture has assured its return in full, perhaps even a little enhanced. Moreover, due to the generosity of the Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust, the major partner in the scheme, we have continued to draw a handsome interest on the capital, which has been used to supplement subscription income in meeting our other commitments.
